UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE SPEED OF WHICH CARRIERS DELIVER OR THE SPEED AT WHICH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS AGENCIES PROVIDES CLEARANCE FOR YOUR SHIPMENTS.

COVID-19 HAS CAUSED A PERFECT STORM OF ISSUES AND DELAYS THROUGHOUT THE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN. EVERYTHING FROM STAFFING ISSUES DUE TO ILLNESS OR SHUTDOWN ORDERS, LACK OF PHYSICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS PLANES, TRUCKS OR BOATS AND THEIR OPERATORS TO AN ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH ONLINE ORDER VOLUME DUE TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE SHOPPING WHILE UNDER "STAY AT HOME" ORDERS. THE PHOTOS ARE OF CARGO STRAPPED INTO PASSENGER SEATS. THE LACK OF PASSENGER FLIGHTS HAS REDUCED CARGO CAPACITY. (SHIPMENTS WERE STORED IN BELLY OF PASSENGER AIRCRAFT WITH LUGGAGE)

HOWEVER, OUR SYSTEMS ARE SET UP TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE UPDATES VIA EMAIL AS THE CARRIER PROVIDES THEM AT VARIOUS CHECKPOINTS DURING THE SHIPMENT'S JOURNEY.
