The Piquillo pepper, meaning a little beak for its distinctive pointed shape, has for generations been picked and
produced almost entirely by hand, using no chemicals in the washing, roasting and peeling process.
Slow roasting over open wood fires gives these unique peppers a rich complex flavor. Piquillo peppers are versatile and can be used in many applications. Delicious straight from the jar or can or cooked, roasted or sauteed or tossed in a salad or stuffed. The Navarra region is known for its exceptional vegetables.
